1. Overview

Profit Tracker (“the Service”) is operated by Aurah Commerce LLC (“the Company”), doing business as Ecombone, located at 30N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our software to track profit and ad spend for your Shopify store.

2. Information We Collect

  • Shopify store data: Orders, products, revenue, and refunds — accessed via the Shopify Partner API after you authorize our app.
  • Google Ads data: Campaign-level spend metrics (cost, impressions, clicks) accessed via the Google Ads API after you authorize access via Google OAuth 2.0. We access this data in read-only mode.
  • Meta Ads data: Ad spend and campaign data accessed via the Meta Marketing API after OAuth authorization.
  • TikTok Ads data: Ad spend and campaign data accessed after OAuth authorization.
  • Pinterest Ads data: Ad spend and campaign data accessed after OAuth authorization.
  • Account information: Name, email address, and encrypted password for account management.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect exclusively to provide the Service:

  • Calculate gross profit, net profit, and margins per order, product, and country.
  • Display ad spend from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest alongside revenue for ROAS and CPA calculations.
  • Generate P&L reports and analytics dashboards for your store.
  • Synchronize data on a daily basis to keep your dashboard current.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. We do not create or modify any ads on any platform.

4. Google Ads API Data

When you connect your Google Ads account, we request read-only access to your advertising data using the Google Ads API. Specifically, we:

  • Fetch campaign-level cost, impressions, and click metrics via GAQL (Google Ads Query Language).
  • Break down spend by campaign, date, and geographic target.
  • Store this data securely in our database associated with your account.
  • Never access, view, modify, or delete your campaigns, ad groups, ads, or bid settings.

You can revoke Google Ads access at any time from your Google account settings or from within Profit Tracker. Upon revocation, we cease all data collection from Google Ads.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens (including Google OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms (Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) using their official APIs and OAuth 2.0 protocols. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also disconnect any ad platform integration at any time from the Settings page. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
