Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Profit Tracker (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Aurah Commerce LLC, doing business as Ecombone, located at 30N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Profit Tracker is a SaaS analytics platform for Shopify merchants that:

  • Connects to your Shopify store to import orders, products, and revenue data.
  • Connects to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) to import campaign spend data in read-only mode.
  • Calculates profit margins, ROAS, CPA, and other performance metrics.
  • Presents analytics dashboards, P&L reports, and order-level profitability breakdowns.

3. Google Ads API Usage

When you authorize Profit Tracker to access your Google Ads account:

  • We access your Google Ads data in read-only mode using the Google Ads API.
  • We retrieve campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks) for the purpose of calculating advertising costs and profit margins.
  • We do not create, modify, pause, enable, or delete any campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, or any other Google Ads entities.
  • We store your Google Ads access tokens securely and use them only to fetch performance data on your behalf.
  • You may revoke this access at any time from the Settings page or directly from your Google account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must have the legal right to connect the Shopify and ad platform accounts you authorize.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights to your Shopify or advertising data. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days.

6. Subscription and Billing

Profit Tracker offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated metrics. Profit calculations are based on data provided by connected platforms and may not reflect your actual financial results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurah Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
